Yet, in our pursuit of this noble cause, many may misconstrue our efforts as limitations on their freedom, when in truth, our actions are designed to ensure the survival and flourishing of all.
Although there is no shame in being poor, celebrating poverty stems from a place of selfishness. A person with limited means might save one life, but a wealthy individual can build a hospital and save thousands.
The poor can offer limited assistance to others in similar situations, while the wealthy have the capacity to help many. Wealth provides the opportunity to do good on a larger scale, whereas poverty restricts one’s ability to aid others beyond themselves.
A greater fortune brings a greater responsibility to humanity. Like a pyramid, those at the top have the potential to benefit the most people beneath them.
Crowns have adorned countless kings and queens, each unique from their predecessors. Similar to a clock’s pendulum, power swings back and forth, creating a balance between opposing forces, with each side depending on the other to maintain order.
